Summer is finally here! And although the weather has been quite schizophrenic lately, with sudden shifts from sunny to rainy,  I always try to wear something that can adapt to it.   A favorite piece of mine, which I take with me on hot and cool (or rainy) weather is a Bonne turban.

For urban dwellers, like me, it's the perfect piece to wear on "lazy hair days" too!

I'm also happy to share that Bonne summer head candy is featured on the March issue  of BusinessWorld HighLife.

The turban was popularized as a fashion accessory during the and 40's by glamorous hollywood celebrities.  It made a comeback in the 70's and in 2007, Prada reintroduced the turban on the runway.  For Spring/Summer 2011 it has made another comeback,  sashaying on the runway of designers like Jason Wu and Bianca Jagger.

Perfect for bad hair days, windy days and rainy days. Keep your locks in perfect place by slipping this over lightly tousled hair or while donning a ponytail.  To add a touch of glamour, wear it with a pretty brooch pinned to the front band.
